We're excited to announce the newest member of our Sales Development Advisory team, Bolet "Bo" Duman!
With over 10 years' experience specializing in client relationship management, Bo brings to Peak Pro Financial his energy and positive attitude, as well as his strong background in investment management, financial planning and business development. Before joining the team, he played pivotal roles at a Denver-based Registered Investment Advisory and PNC Bank on the East Coast. Bo takes great pride always acting in the best interest of clients while providing exceptional service to financial professionals.
Born and raised in New Jersey, he received his degree in Financial Planning from William Patterson University. He enjoys trading options and stocks, practicing mixed martial arts and snowboarding. His most recent endeavor is training to become a pilot.
We sat down with Bo to ask him a few questions, and this is what we learned:
What's your favorite book?
It's a toss-up between How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie and Stealing Fire by Jamie Wheel.
Who is someone you'd like to meet?
Connor McGregor. He has a really inspiring story about how he went from welfare less than five years ago to becoming the top-earning fighter in the business. Plus, his extreme confidence is hilarious.
Why were you interested in joining Peak Pro Financial?
I wanted to join after Martin Lees, the firm's Sales Development Recruiter, and I had our first conversation on the phone and I realized that I would fit in well. At this stage in my career, company culture and work environment are just as important as compensation for me.
What do you look forward to the most now that you're here?
I'm looking forward to becoming one of the top Sales Development Advisors within the company. With my background working at an RIA and in insurance and sales, I think I'll be able to do really well in this role and grow to be one of the best.
