Andy's journey began with Turner Financial, his personal production business, before co-founding T & T Annuity Marketing with his older brother and mentor, Joey Turner. When Joey retired in 2017, Andy made the strategic decision to merge T & T into Turner Financial, creating a hybrid IMO model that would become known for its unique, advisor-first approach. This wasn't just a business decision—it was a commitment to providing comprehensive support that goes far beyond product knowledge.

What sets Andy apart isn't just his business acumen—it's his genuine dedication to elevating the practices of the advisors he serves. He understands that success in this industry requires more than knowing products; it demands a holistic approach to building and scaling a financial planning practice. In 2022, Andy's innovative leadership earned him recognition as one of the Top 100 Insurance Marketers in the World by Money 2.0. This prestigious award came on the heels of his exceptional work during the 2020-2021 pandemic, when he refused to let his advisors fall behind. While others struggled with the sudden shift to digital, Andy was already positioning his advisors ahead of the curve, implementing cutting-edge technologies and creative solutions that allowed them to continue serving clients seamlessly despite unprecedented challenges.

Andy's track record speaks volumes: over 4,000 advisors recruited in the annuity and life insurance space, more than 1,000 seminars and workshops delivered, and countless advisors transformed from skeptics to believers in modern marketing approaches. He's been at the forefront of the evolution from traditional to digital marketing, helping advisors master social media platforms while maintaining the critical human touch. Always thinking ahead, Andy recognized in late 2023 that the industry landscape was shifting once again. Rather than react to change, he decided to get ahead of it. Married to his wife Melissa (Missy) since April 2004, Andy is a proud father to four daughters and grandfather to two grandchildren. Between shuttling kids to practices and recitals, you'll find him on the golf course or cheering passionately for basketball at every level.
