John Countryman joined Peak Pro Financial in March 2025 as a Senior Design Analyst, bringing over 21 years of extensive experience in insurance and financial services. With deep expertise in insurance case design and a comprehensive understanding of various financial products, John has honed his skills across multiple carriers and distribution channels, including both captive and independent advisors.

Prior to joining Peak Pro Financial, John served as a Life Insurance Advanced Markets Case Design Specialist for an IMO based on the East Coast. There, he excelled in crafting tailored insurance solutions for advisors and their clients. His hands-on experience in personally selling insurance products further enhances his ability to provide practical, client-centric guidance for advisors. In addition to hold securities licenses, John has had insurance licenses since 2003.

His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in German and Political Science from Rutgers State University, which has equipped him with a unique blend of analytical and communication skills.
