Sean spent over 16 years with one of the nation's largest financial and insurance marketing organizations, where he built his reputation as both a top performer and a transformational leader. His track record speaks for itself: recruiting leaders of top advisory firms to change the trajectory of their businesses, contributing to consistent year-over-year growth averaging 22%. As a senior leader, he successfully managed a cross-functional team of 25 professionals across product R&D, marketing, branding, and business development, while simultaneously building and supporting a nationwide network of independent financial advisors and their client portfolios.
